NOTICE TO RESIDENTS & BUSINESSES OF ST. GEORGE’S
RE: BERMUDA HALF DAY MARATHON DERBY – MAY 26, 2023
The Bermuda Day Half Marathon will be commencing in St. George’s this year. Due to this event, please be made aware of the following traffic disruptions in St. George’s:
- The main road from Swizzle Inn, Hamilton Parish to King’s Square, St. George’s will be closed from 8:00AM.
- King’s Square, St. George’s will be closed from 5:00AM.
- There will be no parking on York Street, St. George’s from Rose Hill to King’s Square from 5:00AM until 10:00AM.
- There will be no parking in Customs House Square from 5:00AM until 10:00AM.
The Corporation of St. George invites all St. George’s residents and businesses to come out and support this year’s half marathon participants as they leave the Old Town. We encourage all to make this a memorable occasion.
